Jay played college baseball at Westark Community College and Oral Roberts University. He was drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 8th Round of the 1989 draft and spent over 7 years playing professionally with the Rangers and Chicago Cubs organizations. Jay also participated professionally in the Mexican Pacific Coast League and Chinese Professional League before his retirement. Upon retiring, Jay worked as a scout for the Cleveland Indians which led to an opportunity for him to become a player agent beginning in 1998. After working for one of the most successful firms in baseball, Jay created is own agency and has been running that ever since. To date, his firm has signed 15 first round draft picks and signed deals worth in excess of 275 million dollars.
After finishing up his collegiate career at Southeastern Oklahoma State University, Lane pursued a career in professional baseball scouting. As you can see, Lane has been a mainstay in the professional scouting industry. His career has seen him work for the Chicago Cubs (2 years), Baltimore Orioles (11 years), San Diego Padres (16 years), and presently with the Boston Red Sox (1 year).
Mack played college baseball at Seminole State Junior College. He was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in 1992 and after playing professionally for four years, he played three years for the Northeastern State University football team. Mack is currently serving as an Associate Scout for the Tampa Bay Rays (5 years) and has been involved in coaching high school and prospect baseball teams, while also conducting showcases for the last 18 years.
After finishing up his collegiate baseball career at USC Upstate, Clay spent time as a high school and a Division 1 coach at UNC Asheville. That stint led to an opportunity for him to serve as Professional Scout in the Chicago White Sox Organization. Clay has been with the White Sox for 18 years now, all while being heavily involved with the prestigious Area Code Games running the Midwest Scout Team.

James has been playing or coaching baseball for 29 years now. During this time, he has extensive involvement in travel ball and showcase baseball teams. James was an associate scout with the Cincinnati Reds during the 1990′s and has assisted with countless showcases and tryouts.
Tristan played collegiate baseball at Carl Albert State College, Fort Hays State, and Southwestern Oklahoma State. At Southwestern Oklahoma State, Tristan earned All-Conference and Player of The Week Honors. Tristan has been involved as a head coach with the Dallas Stars organization and has been involved with prospect showcases for many years.
Chad played College baseball at Seminole State Jr College in 1991-92. He was named National Jr College Player of the Year in 1992 and was drafted by the Chicago Cubs. Chad played up to AA with the Cubs before being traded to the San Diego Padres in 1995 and played up to AAA with Padres from 1995-1997. From 1998 -2000 he played in the Mexican League as well. In 2001 Chad was named Manager of the Edinburg Roadrunners, an independent professional team in Central League. Chad managed the Roadrunners from 2001-2004 and won 2 Championships and was named Manager of the Year all 4 years he was there. He then took the Manager's job with the Ft Worth Cats, also an Independent professional team in the All American association from 2008-2010. Chad now works at a baseball facility in Ft Worth, TX and continues to work and evaluate players.
Tyrell played at Seminole State Junior College and was named second team all-conference. Before that, Tyrell was four-year letterman as a center fielder and pitcher at Muskogee High School in Muskogee, Oklahoma earning all-state, all-region, all-conference, Junior Sunbelt and Green County Player of the Year honors. Tyrell has extensive history working prospect showcases. He currently serves as a coach at Bacone College.
Mark was a 4 year starter for Owasso High School in Owasso, Oklahoma where he posted an Oklahoma 6A and Owasso career record of 41 wins while going 41-3 for the Owasso Rams. In 1998 Mark was selected as a member of Team USA to participate in the IBF Youth National Championships where he earned a gold medal. Mark is a two time Oklahoma 6A State Champion, two time Oklahoma 6A all state honoree, and also the 1999 and 2000 Tulsa Metro Pitcher of the Year. After his 4 year career at Owasso, Mark continued his baseball journey at the University of Oklahoma. While at OU, Mark was a 4 year starter for the Sooners and finished as the all-time career leader in strikeouts and the all-time career leader in innings pitched. Mark was then selected in the 8th round of the 2004 MLB amateur draft by the Texas Rangers. Since his retirement Roberts has been coaching youth and high school select travel teams while giving private pitching instruction.
Andy spent his prep career at North Little Rock Ole Main where he garnered All-Conference and All-State honors multiple times. Andy continued his baseball career at Westark Community College and The University of Little Rock Arkansas (UALR). While at Westark he was an All-Conference player and during his time at UALR he led the team in wins and ERA. Andy went on to coach at Hendrix College overseeing hitting/pitching and outfielders. Andy has also seen success in both Youth and High School Showcase baseball fielding teams who have won multiple state and national titles. He currently serves as the Rawlings Arkansas Prospects State Director.
